This doozy comes round once a year, but with subtle changes so I can’t just resubmit that crap I had to fill in last year. I dutifully filled it in – after over a month of badgering from my supervisor. After submission, it was returned to me with the request to change my answers to ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. Emphasis was placed that ‘Yes or No’ written as every answer would not do. Looking through the form, I couldn’t in good conscience change any of my responses. After being sat down by my supervisor and made to change it, I settled for ‘Aye’ or ‘Nay’ answers then posted the original in a blog…thus:
